Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Normal Shipping: 5$ shipping by registered airmail with a tracking number. usually 3-4 weeks delivery. We usually use China Post or HongKong post to ship the order.  You can track your order here, or on your local PO website. Tracking number will be emailed to you. It usually takes 2-3 business days before it is trackable.

Expedited Shipping: You may pay some extra for DHL Shipping,  it usually takes 3-7 days to delivery.  Please note DHL can not deliver to P.O Box address, and your phone number is required.

Tax or Fee: The package will be usually marked as gift, declared value of 10-20$.  It is tax-free for most countries.  However, please contact your local customs for clarity and information.

We are not responsible for:
1. Any custom taxes or fees.
2. Order delay caused by the incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by buyer.
3. Delivery delay caused by any natural disaster, bad weather,  war, public holidays and Customs issues.
4. Package lost or stolen in destination.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted on NEW, UNUSED items within 15 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount. Items that are received DOA (Dead on Arrival) can also be returned for a full refund or exchange within 5 days of delivery. For DOA items , customers have 5 days from the recorded delivery date the products are received to inspect the product for any physical damage, after which the customer is responsible for the damage.
All original accessories, packaging, tags, manual, etc. must be included and in new condition when returning any item. You are responsible for packaging and shipping the items via a method that protects the items and ensures that the package arrives with the items intact. Processing the return can take up to 5 business days after receiving the item.


one year free repairs: We will offer free repair within one year for flashlights from the date of purchase if problem develops with normal use. Free parts can be provided: such as lens, drivers, o-rings, switches, rubber caps, etc.
Limited lifetime warranty: For lights past the free repair warranty period, we provide lifetime repairs but will charge for parts.
